The Divi Contact Form Module makes it easy for visitors to reach you with customizable fields and spam protection.

Divi 5 - the Contact Form module

Add The Divi Contact Form Module

When you load the Visual Builder, Divi automatically adds a Section.

  1. Click the Green Plus icon to insert a Row.

  2. Click the Gray Plus icon inside the Row to open the Divi Module Library. The library contains all the modules included with the Divi theme.

  3. Find the Contact Form module and click on it to load the module.
    The module library is also searchable. Type the module name you want in the search bar at the top.

  1. Client Project Inquiries: Customize the form with fields like project type, budget, and timeline to collect detailed client inquiries efficiently.

  2. Customer Support Requests: Create a support request form with fields for contact details, issue categories, and descriptions to streamline customer service interactions.

  3. Collecting Testimonials: Set up a form with fields for name, email, and testimonial content to easily gather customer feedback for your website.

Once you've added the Contact Form module, the module settings automatically pop up. This is where this module's content and design styles are configured. These settings are organized into three groups via the tabs at the top of the module:

The Content tab

The Content tab lets you manage form fields, set the email address and pattern, choose submission actions, toggle spam protection, and more.

  1. Add, Edit, and Remove - Allows you to add new form fields, remove existing form fields, or edit a form field.

  2. Text - Enter the Contact Form's Title text, Success Message, and the Submit Button's text.

  3. Email - Enter the email address to which the form will be sent, as well as the Message Pattern.

  4. Redirect - Choose how the form should behave after a successful submission.

  5. Spam Protection- Choose the type of Spam Protection.

  6. Link - Make the entire Contact Form module clickable, creating a seamless way to direct users to another page, section, or external site.

  7. Background - Choose the Contact Form module's background styles.

  8. Admin Label - Choose the Contact Form module's label text to assist you in keeping things organized and easy to understand in the Visual Builder.

  2. Text - Choose the overall Contact Form module's text styles for this module.

  3. Title Text - Choose the Contact Form module's title styles.

  4. Captcha Text - Choose the Contact Form module's Captcha text design options.

  5. Button - Choose the Contact Form module's button styles.

  6. Sizing - Choose the Contact Form module's sizing.

  7. Spacing - Choose the Contact Form module's spacing.

  8. Border - Choose the Contact Form module's border styles.

  9. Box Shadow - Choose the Contact Form module's Box Shadow styles.

  10. Filters - Choose the Contact Form module's filters, such as hue shifts, saturation changes, and blending modes.

  11. Transform - Choose the Contact Form module's advanced design effects, such as scaling, rotating, skewing, and translating.

  12. Animation - Choose the Contact Form module's animation styles, adding personality and interactivity while keeping a polished, professional feel.


The Advanced tab

The Advanced tab provides tools for experienced designers, including options for adding CSS IDs and Classes, controlling visibility, managing transitions, adjusting element positions, and creating scroll effects.

  1. CSS ID & Classes - Allows you to assign unique identifiers or reusable labels to modules, enabling advanced custom styling through your child theme’s stylesheet or Divi’s custom CSS settings.

  2. Custom CSS - Allows you to add custom CSS code to fine-tune your Contact Form module, enabling advanced styling that perfectly aligns with your vision.

  3. Conditions - Allows you to create dynamic, personalized content, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

  4. Visibility - Choose the Contact Form's module visibility based on different devices.

  5. Transitions - Choose how long Contact Form's module animation takes, adding subtle, impactful animations that enhance user experience and make your modules stand out.

  6. Position - Choose precise control of the Contact Form's module placement and create dynamic, visually engaging designs.

  7. Scroll Effects - Control how the Contact Form module behaves and transforms during scrolling.


Add, Edit, and Delete Contact Form Fields

  1. Open the Contact Form Module: Click on the Contact Form module on your page or click the Gear icon to open its settings.

  2. Edit an Item: Click the Gear iconnext to the Contact Form item you want to edit(1).

  3. Add a New Item: In the Content tab, click Add New Contact Form Item (2).

  4. Delete Item: Click the Trash icon (3)next to the Contact Form item to delete it.

Save your changes and exit the Visual Builder

To save the page design, you can type CMD + S on a Mac or CTRL + S on a PC.

You can also:

  1. Click on the Save button.

  2. Click on the Exit button.
