The Email Optin module in Divi 5 connects directly to HubSpot, letting you grow your contact list through opt-in forms placed anywhere on your site. Once connected, every form submission is sent straight to the HubSpot list of your choice.
This guide covers how to link your HubSpot account to the Email Optin module - including where to find your HubSpot API key and how to configure the module settings inside the Divi Visual Builder.
Prerequisite
HubSpot API key.
A HubSpot static list. This can be created in your HubSpot account.
Generate the HubSpot API key
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Click on the Profile link at the top right corner.
Choose the Profile & Preferences option.
From the left sidebar, choose Integration β Legacy Apps.
Click the Create button.
Choose the Private option.
(optional) Fill in the App Details.
Choose the Scopes Tab, and click on the + Add new scope button.
Under the CRM option, select all the available scopes.
Click the Update button.
Click the Create app button.
Click on the Continue creating button.
Select the Auth tab and from there copy the Access token to your clipboard.
Connect the Email Optin Module to HubSpot
Open the Email Opt-in module Settings modal window by clicking on the Email Optin module or by clicking on its Gear icon.
Go to the Content Tab β Email Account.
Select the HubSpot from the provider's list.
Click on the Add button.
Fill in the following fields:
Name - It can be anything you want. For example, you can use
my-hubspotAPI Key - Paste the HubSpot API key.
Click the Submit button.
Choose the HubSpot list you want to use.
