Divi Teams

Your team members inherit the full benefits of your Elegant Themes account, including premium support, Divi Cloud storage, Divi AI, the ability to create and manage API Keys, and access to downloads, all for a fraction of the cost of a normal membership.

This allows teams to work together and properly delegate tasks without the account owning serving as a bottleneck.

Access Divi Teams

  1. Log in to your Elegant Themes account

  2. Click on the Team tab

    Divi Teams tab

Here, you can see your available team seats and a list of your active team members, along with their roles and account statuses.

Account owners or team members with the appropriate permission can use this portal to manage your team.

Divi Teams page Overview

The List of the current members is split into 4 columns:

  • The Name column displays each member's name

  • The Role column displays each member's role

  • The Status column displays each member's status can be:

    • Active

    • Pending - the member has to accept the invitation

  • Account & Permissions column is used to manage each member's account information and permissions

At the top of the Team's page, you will get information about how many members were added and how many seats are available.

Below that:

  • The Invite Member button is used to invite anyone to join your team. Note: they don't need to have an Elegant Theme's account

  • The Manage Seats button manages your available seats and buys more seats if required.

The Search Team Members search field

Divi Teams - Search Filter

It is used to filter and search team members by their names.

Clicking on the Edit User Roles allows you to create and manage your roles. Out of the box, the Divi Team comes with a few predefined roles:

Divi Teams - User Role Manager

  • Administrator

  • Client

  • Manager

  • Accountant

  • Designer

Notes:

  • Any of the default roles (listed above) cannot be deleted, renamed, or modified.

  • Any of the default roles can be cloned, becoming a custom role. This is useful if you need to have a starting point for a custom role and then change the permissions to suit your needs.

Besides those default roles, you can also create your own custom roles. For each custom Role, you can choose from a list of permissions. Depending on how each custom role will be configured, the member with that specific role can have full or restricted access.
