Why can I not pay using PayPal?

Please read this article to see all eligible PayPal transactions.

We are limited to what kind of payments we can process on our website through PayPal. This is due to the terms that PayPal has set for our company. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! 😃

We can accept PayPal for our Divi Yearly membership valued at $89/year, and for licenses sold on our Divi Marketplace.

PayPal is unavailable for our Divi Pro, Divi Lifetime, or Divi Lifetime + Pro Services memberships at this time. If you select our $89 Divi Yearly membership and add on any additional subscriptions (like Divi AI), then PayPal will no longer be available. Please note, that we accept the following other payment methods instead:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover)

  • Link

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Cash App

If the PayPal option disappears while completing the registration process for the $89 Divi Yearly membership, this could be due to entering an EU country on our registration page.

We must collect VAT on all digital purchases made from customers in the EU. If you are a VAT-registered business, VAT will be deducted once a valid VAT number has been entered, then PayPal will be available as a payment method once more. Please refer to the screenshot below for where to enter a VAT number:
