Divi's Visual Builder Toolbar is at the bottom of the page by default. However, this may not always be the most suitable position.
Fortunately, Divi offers the flexibility to relocate the Visual Builder's Toolbar through a simple drag-and-drop action. You can move it to one of the following positions:
The left edge of the screen
The right edge of the screen
The top edge of the screen
To change its position, drag and drop it to your preferred location.
Open the Toolbar by clicking on the three dots icon
Click on the center X icon and drag it to your preferred location: Top, Left, or Right
