The Email Optin module in Divi 5 connects directly to iContact, letting you grow your contact list through opt-in forms placed anywhere on your site. Once connected, every form submission is sent straight to the iContact list of your choice.
This guide covers how to link your iContact account to the Email Optin module and how to configure the module settings inside the Divi Visual Builder.
Prerequisite
iContact App ID.
iContact Username.
iContact App Password.
An iContact list. This can be created in your iContact account.
Generate the iContact API Key
Log in to your iContact account.
Click on your Profile Account (top right corner) and select the Settings and Billing option.
Click the iContact Integrations option.
Click the Enable button for the WordPress Plugin option.
Copy the Application ID (AppID), Username/Email Address, and Password.
Connect the Email Optin Module to iContact
Open the Email Opt-in module Settings modal window by clicking on the Email Optin module or by clicking on its Gear icon.
Go to the Content Tab → Email Account.
Select the iContact from the provider's list and click the Add button.
Fill in the following fields:
Account Name - It can be anything you want. For example, you can use
my-iContact.App ID - Paste the iContact API key (step 5).
Username - Paste the iContact Username (step 5).
App Password - Paste the iContact Password (step 5).
Click the Submit button.
Choose the iContact list you want to use.
