The Email Optin module in Divi 5 connects directly to Brevo (previously known as SendinBlue), letting you grow your contact list through opt-in forms placed anywhere on your site. Once connected, every form submission is sent straight to the Brevo list of your choice.
This guide covers how to link your Brevo account to the Email Optin module - including where to find your Brevo API key and how to configure the module settings inside the Divi Visual Builder.
Prerequisite
Brevo API key and Secret key.
A Brevo list. This can be created in your Brevo account.
Generate the Brevo(SendinBlue) API Key
Log in to your Brevo account.
Click on your Profile Account (top right corner) and select the My Profile option.
From the left sidebar, click the SMTP & API option.
Click the API Keys & MCP tab.
Click the Generate a new API key button.
Give the API key a name (it can be anything you want) and click the Generate button.
Click the Copy to Clipboard button and finally click theb Ok button.
Connect the Email Optin Module to Brevo
Open the Email Opt-in module Settings modal window by clicking on the Email Optin module or by clicking on its Gear icon.
Go to the Content Tab β Email Account.
Select the Brevo(SendinBlue) from the provider's list and click the Add button.
Fill in the following fields:
Account Name - It can be anything you want. For example, you can use
my-brevo.API Key - Paste the Brevo API key (step 6).
Click the Submit button.
Choose the Brevo list you want to use.
