The Email Optin module in Divi 5 connects directly to MailChimp, letting you grow your contact list through opt-in forms placed anywhere on your site. Once connected, every form submission is sent straight to the MailChimp list of your choice.
This guide covers how to link your MailChimp account to the Email Optin module - including where to find your MailChimp API key and how to configure the module settings inside the Divi Visual Builder.
Prerequisite
MailChimp API key.
A MailChimp list. This can be created in your MailChimp account.
Generate the HubSpot API key
Log in to your MailChimp account.
Click on the Profile link at the top right corner.
Choose the Profile option.
Click the Extras tab and choose API Keys.
Click the Create A Key button.
Give the API Key Name and click the Generate Key button.
Copy the Key to your Clipboard.
Connect the Email Optin Module to MailChimp
Open the Email Opt-in module Settings modal window by clicking on the Email Optin module or by clicking on its Gear icon.
Go to the Content Tab → Email Account.
Select MailChimp from the provider's list and click the Add Button.
Fill in the following fields:
Name - It can be anything you want. For example, you can use my-mailchimp.
API Key - Paste the MailChimp API key.
Click the Submit button.
Select the MailChimp List.
