Product Maintenance and Support

Updating Your Products

You're responsible for maintaining and updating your products to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of Divi and WordPress. Updates can be submitted through your seller dashboard and will be reviewed before approval.

Customer Support

All sellers must provide high-quality support to customers who purchase your products. Respond to support tickets within 48 hours (24 hours recommended) to maintain a good customer review rating.

Marketing Your Products

To increase your chances of success on the Divi Marketplace, consider these marketing strategies:

  1. Create a YouTube channel showcasing your products.

  2. Share your products on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

  3. Optimize your product listings with clear descriptions and high-quality screenshots.

  4. Engage with the Divi community to build your reputation.

Additional Considerations

  • Tax Withholding: Sellers outside the US may be subject to tax withholding, ranging from 0-30% depending on their country's tax treaty with the US.

  • No Exclusivity: You can sell your products on other platforms in addition to the Divi Marketplace.

By following these guidelines and consistently producing high-quality products, you can establish a successful presence on the Divi Marketplace and tap into its large user base of over 800,000 Divi enthusiasts.
