Note: A Row in Divi 5 has a width of 80% and a max-width of 1080px.
Change the Row's default width and max-width values
Open the Row settings by clicking on the Gear icon or on the Row itself.
Go to Design Tab → Sizing.
Set the Width to 100%.
Set the Max Width to none.
