  2. Open a VIP Support Chat: Open a support chat by clicking on the Pink Chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.

  3. Click on the Send us a Message button

  5. Begin your conversation with our support team by sharing the details of your request. Note: If you close the chat box, you will automatically receive our response via email within 30 minutes.
