Getting Started with Divi Dash

Divi Dash lets you efficiently manage updates, themes, assign clients, and view a complete history for all your WordPress sites.

Updated over 2 months ago

To get started with Divi Dash, the first thing to do is add your WordPress site(s) to Divi Dash. Once a WordPress site is added, you can quickly see the list of available updates (plugins, themes, and WordPress core), assign clients to each website added to your Divi Dash, see a website's entire history (what updates have been performed and when), and much more.

Divi Dash is a WordPress Website Management Dashboard built into your Elegant Themes account, which allows you to quickly manage any WordPress site.

Divi Dash's Main Features

Divi Dash's main features include managing unlimited websites for free from a single dashboard, saving time on repetitive tasks with bulk management tools and maintenance automation to ensure security and smooth operation.

Additionally, you can efficiently organize and manage clients' information and websites, collaborate with team members, and easily sign into websites with a single click, eliminating the need to track usernames and passwords.

Divi Dash Overview

The Divi Dash dashboard offers a birds-eye view of all the websites that were added to Divi Dash, and it's split into two main sections:

The Sidebar Section

The Sidebar is divided into 7 tabs:

  1. The Website tab allows you to add new websites, search, and filter through existing websites.

  2. The Updates tab displays a list of all websites with updates available (including updates for currently inactive plugins).

  3. The Themes tab displays a list of installed themes across all of the websites added to the Divi Dash. For each theme, you can see how many websites a theme has been installed to, how many updates are available, and on which websites a particular theme has been installed.

  4. The Plugins tab offers a list of all the installed plugins (this includes plugins that are active and inactive) on all the Divi Dash websites

  5. The Clients tab displays a list of all the clients and the websites to which they are assigned. For each client, you can see the number of sites to which it has been assigned, the name of the client, and his email address

  6. The History tab shows a complete history, including the type of action performed: updates, activations, deletions, optimization actions, and more.

  7. The Permission tab allows you to manage your team through Divi Teams and set the permissions for each team member.
