Divi Dash Websites Tab

The Websites tab inside Divi Dash offers an overview of which websites use the Divi theme and the available updates for your sites.

The Websites tab offers an overview of all the WordPress sites that were added to Divi Dash.

Inside this tab, you can search for sites and filter the list of sites based on their tags, the clients assigned to each site, or their Favorite status.

In this tab, you can also add a new website and manage the ones already added.

  • The Search Field is used to filter the list of sites added to Divi Dash based on the searched keyword

  • The Star icon filters all the favorite sites. When clicked, it shows only the WordPress sites that were marked as favorites

  • The Tag dropdown filters websites based on their tags

  • The Client dropdown filters websites based on the assigned clients

Note: When using the Search field, the Star filter, Tag filter, or Client filter, the number of Websites, Divi Sites, and Websites With Updates will change to reflect the number of sites that meet the filtering criteria.

Below the Filtering options, you will get a breakdown of the total number of sites added to the Divi Dash, how many of those total websites use Divi as their active theme, and how many of those websites have updates available.

Each of the 3 numbers is clickable, offering you a more in-depth view of your website.

  1. The Websites tab shows the total number of WordPress sites that were added to Divi Dash regardless of which active theme each website uses

  2. The Divi Sites tab shows the total number of WordPress sites that use Divi as their active theme

  3. The Websites With Updates tab shows the total number of WordPress sites that have updates available

Below the Numbers tab, all WordPress sites that were added to Divi Dash are listed. You have the option also to change the display view using the two icons:

  • List view(default view) - Display all WordPress sites in a list view

  • Grid view- Display all WordPress sites in a Grid View

Each WordPress site in the list also has a status indicator. The status indicator is color-coded as follows:

  • will display on websites that have 11 or more updates available

  • will display on websites that have between 6 and 10 updates available

  • will display on websites that have between 1 and 5 updates available

  • will display on websites with 0 updates available, meaning that everything is up to date.

  • Clicking on a WordPress site from the Site List will open the individual Site page

  • Hovering over a WordPress site from the Sites List gives you access to quick actions such as:
