Learn about the Clients tab, where you can manage and assign them to different websites added to Divi Dash.

Divi Dash simplifies client management by allowing you to easily organize all client information and track their associated websites. You can also add client notes, assign websites to specific clients, and quickly identify outdated sites, enabling efficient maintenance and updates on a client-by-client basis.

At the top of the Clients tab, click the Add Client button to add a new client.

Note: A client can be assigned to multiple WordPress sites.

Below that, the Search Field is used to filter the list of clients based on the searched keyword

Note: When using the Search field, the number of Clients and Clients With Updates will change to reflect the number of sites that meet the filtering criteria.

Below the Search filtering options, you will get a breakdown of the total number of Clients and Clients with Updates.

Each of the 2 number tabs is clickable, offering you a more in-depth view of each client.

Each client in the list also has a status indicator. The status indicator is color-coded as follows:

  • will display on websites that have 11 or more updates available

  • will display on websites that have between 6 and 10 updates available

  • will display on websites that have between 1 and 5 updates available

  • will display on websites with 0 updates available, meaning that everything is up to date.

The Clients tab

It displays a list of all the clients, the number of sites each client was added to, their company name, and their email address.

It displays a list of all the clients assigned to WordPress sites with updates available.

Besides the number of WordPress sites each client is assigned to, the client's company name and email address are also listed.

Clicking on a client's name will display the single client page, which provides a more in-depth overview of each client.

The Single Client's Page displays information about:

  • The Client's name

  • The Edit Client Info button, which allows you to make updates on an existing client

  • The Client's company name

  • The Client's email address

  • The client's phone number

  • The number of WordPress sites the client is assigned to

  • The number of WordPress sites that have updates available

  • The List of WordPress sites the client is assigned to

  • The Client's note can be used to add various notes related to a specific client quickly.

Add a new Client

  1. Click on the Dash tab

  2. Click on the Clients tab

  3. Click on the Add Client button

  4. Fill in the client's form

Assign a client to a WordPress site

  1. Click on the Dash tab

  2. Click on the Websites tab

  3. Click on any of the existing WordPress sites or click on the Add Website button to add a new WordPress site

  4. Click on the Site Settings button

  5. Use the Client dropdown to assign an existing client

Update an existing client's information

  1. Click on the Dash tab

  2. Click on the client you want to update its information

  3. Click on the Edit Client Info button

  4. Make your changes

  5. Click on the Save Client Info button

Delete an existing client

  1. Click on the Dash tab

  2. Click on the client you want to delete
