The Divi Testimonial Module displays customer reviews, quotes, and testimonials with options for author name, job title, company, quote, and profile picture. It’s an effective way to build credibility and showcase expertise to potential clients.

Add The Divi Testimonial Module

When you load the Visual Builder, Divi automatically adds a Section.

  1. Click the Green Plus icon to insert a Row.

  2. Click the Gray Plus icon inside the Row to open the Divi Module Library. The library contains all the modules included with the Divi theme.

  3. Find the Testimonial module and click on it to load the module.
    The module library is also searchable. To access it, type the module name you want in the search bar at the top.

The Divi Testimonial Module Use Cases

  1. Building Trust on Service Pages: Display client testimonials on service or product pages to reassure potential customers and demonstrate the value of your offerings.

  2. Enhancing About Pages: Add testimonials to your "About Us" page to showcase customer satisfaction and add credibility to your brand story.

  3. Highlighting Partnerships or Collaborations: Use testimonials from business partners, collaborators, or influencers to reinforce your brand's reliability and professional reputation.

Testimonial Module Settings Breakdown

Once you've added the Testimonial module, the module settings automatically pop up. This is where this module's content and design styles are configured. These settings are organized into three groups via the tabs at the top of the module:

The Content tab

The Content tab allows you to select the module's text(Author, Comapy, Body text), Author's Image, and more.

  1. Text - Set the Testimonial's Author Name, Job Title, Company, and body text.

  2. Image - Choose the Testimonial's author image.

  3. Elements - Choose to display or hide the quote icon.

  4. Link - Make the entire Testimonial module clickable, creating a seamless way to direct users to another page, section, or external site.

  5. Background - Choose the Testimonial module's background styles.

  6. Admin Label - Choose the Testimonial module's label text to assist you in keeping things organized and easy to understand in the Visual Builder.

All the design styles and options for the Testimonial module are in this tab.

  1. Quote Icon - Choose the quote icon and icon styles.

  2. Image - Choose the Testimonial module's image styles.

  3. Text - Choose the overall Testimonial module's text styles for this module.

  4. Body Text - Choose the module's body text styles.

  5. Author Text - Choose the Testimonial module's author text styles.

  6. Position Text - Choose the Testimonial module's position text styles.

  7. Company Text - Choose the Testimonial module's company text styles.

  8. Sizing - Choose the Testimonial module's sizing.

  9. Spacing - Choose the Testimonial module's spacing.

  10. Border - Choose the Testimonial module's border styles.

  11. Box Shadow - Choose the Testimonial module's Box Shadow styles.

  12. Filters - Choose the Testimonial module's filters such as hue shifts, saturation changes, and blending modes.

  13. Transform - Choose the Testimonial module's advanced design effects, such as scaling, rotating, skewing, and translating.

  14. Animation - Choose the Testimonial module's animation styles.


The Advanced tab

The Advanced tab provides tools for experienced designers, including options for adding CSS IDs and Classes, controlling visibility, managing transitions, adjusting element positions, and creating scroll effects.

  1. CSS ID & Classes - Allows you to assign unique CSS ID or reusable CSS classes, enabling advanced custom styling through your child theme’s stylesheet or Divi’s custom CSS settings.

  2. Custom CSS - Allows you to add custom CSS code to fine-tune your Testimonial module, enabling advanced styling that perfectly aligns with your vision.

  3. Conditions - Allows you to create dynamic, personalized content, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

  4. Visibility - Choose the Testimonial's module visibility based on different devices.

  5. Transitions - Choose how long the Testimonial module animation takes, adding subtle, impactful animations that enhance user experience and make your modules stand out.

  6. Position - Choose precise control of the Testimonial's module placement and create dynamic, visually engaging designs.

  7. Scroll Effects - Control how the Testimonial module behaves and transforms during scrolling.

Save your changes and exit the Visual Builder

To save the page design, you can type CMD + S on a Mac or CTRL + S on a PC.

You can also:

  1. Click on the Save button.

  2. Click on the Exit button.
