Sections are the largest building blocks in the Divi Builder. They act as horizontal stacking blocks to organize content into distinct areas. Divi offers three types of sections: Regular, Fullwidth, and Specialty. Each section has customizable settings to create visually engaging layouts.

The Divi Section use cases

  1. Creating Hero Sections: Use the Section element to design full-width hero areas with background images, videos, or gradients that introduce the page and grab user attention.

  2. Segmenting Page Content: Divide your page into distinct sections to organize content. For example, separate services, testimonials, and contact information for better readability.

  3. Adding Parallax Effects: Leverage the Section element’s background settings to create parallax effects, adding depth and visual appeal to your website.
