Divi has a fantastic feature of saving the layouts you create, making it easier for you to use them in the future. If you have created a great page using the builder and think you might need to create something similar, you can save your design as a template. This saves you time and effort as you don't have to rebuild the page from scratch.
When a saved layout is loaded, all created Sections, Rows, and Modules appear on a blank page or with builder content.
Example: To save time and effort, you can create a layout with a repeating element that you want to display on all of your pages, such as a call to action near the footer of your page.
Once you have created this layout, you can add it to all of your existing pages and use it as a starting point for all future pages.
This way, you can avoid the hassle of building the same element multiple times and ensure consistency across your website.
Saving A Layout
Once you have created a layout, you can save it for later use by clicking the Save Layout button at the bottom of the builder interface.
After you finish creating your layout, you can save it by clicking on the save layout icon. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to name your layout.
Enter a name that will be easy for you to remember and identify in the future. Once you have entered the name, click on the save button.
Congratulations! Your layout has been successfully saved.
Loading A Saved Layout
Once you have saved a layout, you can easily load it anytime by selecting it from the Load from Library popup.
Loading a saved layout will automatically fill the page you are working on with the same sections, rows and modules that you had saved in the layout.
However, please note that when you load a saved layout, it will delete any content that is currently on your page, unless you uncheck the Replace existing content checkbox before loading.
