Divi offers a great option that allows the users to set the size and the position of the Modal Settings Window so that each time a modal Window is opened, it will always be displayed in the same place.
Resize the Modal Settings Window
Open any page/post/project/product with Visual Builder
Place the mouse cursor anywhere inside a modal Setting Window
Use the resize handler and drag it to resize the Window
Save the page
Each time a modal Settings Window is open across the website, the size is set up at step 3.

Like the resizing option, we can position the Modal Settings Window anywhere on the page.
Open the Modal Settings Window of any element (Section/Row/module)
Drag the Window to the position you want
Save the page
Each time a modal Settings Window is open across the website, the position will be the position set up at step 2.
