Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add new
Use the Search box and search for Flat Preloader
Click on the Install button
Click on the Activate button
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Flat Preloader
Choose one of the available loading graphics
Click on the Save Changes button
