The Divi Theme is a fully featured WordPress theme which includes our Divi Builder as a built-in component.
The Divi Builder also comes as a stand-alone plugin which can be installed alongside any theme and can be used to build layouts with it. More information about it can be found here.
The spacing to sections and rows can be adjusted using the Visual Builder by dragging & dropping the padding:
The Divi Builder also offers the Design tab with the Spacing option being one of them, from which the space can be adjusted in Divi, for Desktop / Mobile / Tablet.
It's enough to open your layouts and adjust the spacing for different devices:
