The Woo Notice Module (Divi 5)

Learn how to use the Woo Notice module, to display WooCommerce notification when a product is added to the cart.

When a customer adds a product to their cart, the Divi Woo Notice Module displays a notification that the product has been added to their cart.

The Woo Notice module can be used on a single product page, cart page, checkout page, and inside a Theme Builder template.

Note: Before we can use the Divi Woo Notice module, you’ll need to have WooCommerce installed on your website.

Add The Divi Woo Notice

  1. Click the Green Plus icon to insert a Row.

  2. Click the Gray Plus icon inside the Row, which will show the list of all available Divi modules.

  3. Open the WooCommerce folder.

  4. Find the Woo Notice module and click on it to load it. Alternatively, you can use the Search option to find it.

The Divi Woo Notice Module Use Cases

  1. Cart Update Confirmation: Utilize the Woo Notice module to display a styled message after a user adds or removes a product from their cart. You can match the notice design to your store’s branding so it feels consistent with the rest of your layout.

  2. Checkout Error Messaging: Place the Woo Notice module on your checkout page or Theme Builder template to display errors, such as missing fields or invalid coupon codes. By customizing the design, you ensure that these critical messages are clear, easy to read, and won’t be overlooked.

  3. Promotion and Coupon Feedback: Add the Woo Notice module to your cart or checkout page to notify shoppers when a coupon has been applied. Pair it with custom styling so the success message stands out and reassures users that their discount was recognized.

Woo Notice Module Settings Breakdown

Once you've added the Woo Notice module, its settings will automatically appear. This is where this module's content and design styles are configured. These settings are organized into three groups via the tabs at the top of the module:

The Content tab

The Content tab allows you to add the module's text content, change its background styles, and more.

  1. Content - Choose the page type and for which product the Notice is for:

    • Page Type:

      • Product - If the Woo Notice is placed on a regular page or a single product page.

      • Cart - If the Woo Notice is placed on the designated Woo Cart page.

      • Checkout - If the Woo Notice is placed on the designated Woo Checkout page.

    • Product - If the Woo Notice is placed on a regular or single product page, it allows you to choose which published product the notice will be displayed for.

  2. Background - Choose the Woo Notice module's background styles.

  3. Admin Label - Select the Woo Notice module's label text to help you keep things organized and easy to understand in the Visual Builder.

  1. Text - Choose the overall text styles for the Woo Notice module.

  2. Title Text - Choose the title text styles.

  3. Body Text - Choose the body text and link styles of the Woo Notice module.

  4. Button - Choose the styles of the View Cart button.

  5. Sizing - Choose the Woo Notice module's sizing.

  6. Spacing - Choose the Woo Notice module's spacing.

  7. Border - Choose the Woo Notice module's border styles.

  8. Box Shadow - Choose the Woo Notice module's Box Shadow styles.

  9. Filters - Choose the Woo Notice module's filters, including hue shifts, saturation adjustments, and blending modes.

  10. Transform - Choose the Woo Notice module's advanced design effects, including scaling, rotating, skewing, and translating.

  11. Animation - Choose the Woo Notice module's animation styles to add personality and interactivity while maintaining a polished, professional feel.


The Advanced tab

The Advanced tab provides tools for experienced designers, including options for adding CSS IDs and Classes, controlling visibility, managing transitions, adjusting element positions, and creating scroll effects.

  1. CSS ID & Classes - Allows you to assign unique CSS ID or reusable CSS classes, enabling advanced custom styling through your child theme’s stylesheet or Divi’s custom CSS settings.

  2. Custom CSS - Allows you to add custom CSS to the Woo Notice module.

  3. Conditions - Allows you to create dynamic, personalized content, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

  4. Interactions: Create custom interactions, such as showing or hiding the Woo Notice module, and many more.

  5. Visibility - Choose the Woo Notice module's visibility according to different devices.

  6. Transitions - Choose how long Woo Notice's module animation takes, adding subtle and impactful animations that enhance the user experience and make your modules stand out.

  7. Position - Choose the Woo Notice module placement and create dynamic, visually engaging designs.

  8. Scroll Effects - Control how the Woo Notice module behaves and transforms during scrolling.

To save the page design, you can type CMD + S on a Mac or CTRL + S on a PC.

You can also:
