  1. Go to Divi > Theme Builder

  2. Build a new Header layout. It can be either a Global Header layout - used across your entire website - or a specific Header layout assigned to specific pages.

  3. Inside the Header layout, insert a new Row

  4. Insert the Menu module

  5. Open the Menu module and set the logo

  6. Edit the Section (that contains the Menu module), and in Design Tab > Spacing > Padding, set 30px for top and bottom padding

  7. Go to Advanced Tab > Scroll Effects and set it to be Sticky to Top

    Enable Sticky to Top

  8. Go back to Design Tab > Spacing > Padding and enable the Sticky State

  9. Set new values for the top and bottom padding of 10px.
